Not working for me here in Europe. I can install it but the console codes do not work. Answer ,,can not find files ,, Sorry ......................i like this mod very much and that start in the ather mod wich begins at level 81 is a bit to much for me. So i preferre your mod but as i said...........................................................
To sadden of you disturb but I I installed(settled) this mode but I have to try to write in the console " all way and the other one also thus beats allperks " of, can use me
Does this cheat max all skills and perks without level up? If not, is there any way to get all skills and all perks with no lvlup? Because as big in level you are, more damage you make, it would be nice to not kill easy the hardest monster while have all skills and all perks.

just type these in the console and you will become lvl 81 with 100 in all skills and all perks
