Ever wish Keening was a sword?

Permissions and credits
This mod adds a sword version of Keening. It was a request from a friend. Craft under Dwarven. You don't need any perks. Same enchantment as Keening. Currently there is only a one handed version. It has a base damage of 28 and is craftable and temperable.
