Just a quick mod I made that damages enemies at medium to melee range, no way to adust the max range of this armor enchantment, but works great as is, and can be used on Apparel.. Adjusts power depending on soulgems used.

No known conflicts, if any will be because of ID Name already in use by another mod.

Use NMM to extract or just extract to the Data folder of your skyrim, and you are ready to run with it.
