Because no skill ( ...yet ...) :-( My apologies for that . Like I said in description/readme , I'm a "sunday-modder" and unfortunately I lack time to dive more seriously in CK .
But ... ^^ if anyone skilled around here is able & willing to implement a navmesh for companions , (until I manage to learn & do it myself) , mostly the exterior guest house , and maybe the groundfloors of the manor (but not the 1st floor .... that's...MINE !!! ;-D ) ... and/or implementing "stable bookshelves" on the shelves in the office + a few other small spots , well , I'd be happy to make a collaboration :-)
Sorry again for the inconvenience for the ones who expected a flawless Navmeshed/bookshelved house . That's above my actual skills . :-(
For NavMeshes you could try this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=raM9TBZZyQY I got recently into Skyrim Modding and this tut was extremely useful for me. (I skipped the auto NavMesh part and went straight to manually NavMeshing. It's fairly easy once you get a hang of it.)
