Personally, I would just rename it the Snowflame mod. Just google Snowflame and you'll see why. 'Kay, you back? Good. Now you know the simultaneously best and worst comic book villain ever.
Too overpowered! It would be nicer with: Health Regenerates 100%(2x faster) faster for 180 seconds. (1 hour in-game/3 min RL) Magicka Regenerates 100% faster for 180 seconds. Stamina Regenerates 150%(2.5x faster) faster for 180 seconds.
To get it even better, you could do a more immersive approach by adding penalties, so 180 seconds after taking cocaine you would get: Health Regenerates 25% slower for 360 seconds. (2 hour in-game/6 min RL) Magicka Regenerates 25% slower for 360 seconds. Stamina Regenerates 35% slower for 360 seconds.
Now for true immersion: - Every 180 seconds after taking cocaine, the duration of the penalty will add 180 seconds to its duration and restart the counting. This way, the more you take, the more gripped you are to the drug. - If you use cocaine while already under the effect of the drug you will only get half the benefit added to the existent. (+50% health/magicka +75%stamina) - After taking 3 doses of cocaine (200% health regeneration), every next use will have a base 50% chance of overdose, which will increase by 10% after every use. - Overdose wont kill the player, since death only means a reloading :s. Instead, the player will faint for 2 hours and wake up afterwards without the benefits of cocaine active.
Now this can get quite complex, specially in terms of timers and the buffing and unbuffing so, let me make an example:
Second: 0 - Player uses cocaine. He gets 100/150% regeneration to He/Ma/St. Second: 180 - Player gets the buff to lose 25/35% regeneration to He/Ma/St. AND loses the beneficial one (+100/150%) Second: 540 - Player loses the penalties buff (-25/35% regen). Second: 550 - Player uses cocaine and gets +100/150% regeneration. Second: 555 - Player uses cocaine and gets +150/225% regeneration. Second: 560 - Player uses cocaine and gets +200/300% regeneration. Second: 740 (560+180) - Player loses the beneficial buff (+200/300% regen). And gains the penalty one (-25/35%). Second: 1640 (180x3+360) - Player loses the penalty buff (-25/35%).
You could make the base CD for the penalty buff decrease overtime when not under the effect of either beneficial or penalty buff to give the player a chance of cleaning himself! Add a system where the player develops a tolerance to the drug and the chance of overdose gets reduced overtime but the benefits are reduced as well.
Different states of pureness of cocaine could make the duration of the effects be more or less for example: Cocaine (Pure) - (1 Skooma, 3 MoonSugar) - Would have a duration of 360 seconds (2h) - Cost: 400g Cocaine (Almost Pure) - (1 Skooma, 2 MoonSugar, 1 FireSalts) - 270 seconds (1h, 30min) - 325g Cocaine (Mid Pure) - (1 Skooma, 2 MoonSugar, 2 Scaly Pholiota) - 180 seconds (1h) - 280g Cocaine (Poor) - (1 Skooma, 2 MoonSugar, 2 Namira's Rot) - 90 seconds (30min) - 250g Cocaine (Trashy) - (1 MoonSugar, 4 Fly Amanita) - 45 seconds (15min) - 200g

go make mod that u build cocaine field and factories and hire dealers and sell them to the children in the streets its can be called " RUN A COCAINE BUISNESS"
another idea is " become a drug dealer with upgrades" as u walk into riften streets at night some 1 whispering to you and told , hey man wonna earn some cash .. so he tell you , take this to some child , so after u finish he give u few more quests like this to see if u honest ,and then he take u to hes boss with give u some danger quest with a lot of risk , so after u finish hes quests u find that boss send some spies after u , and u kill him and take hes buisness to ur hand , , but after some time the boss u killed there is boss too , and so on .. just an idea could be an awesome quest with alot of fun ,humor ,crime atc..
