Bring your Silver or Supernatural AI, although the latter is rather out-dated at this point, unfortunately. Advanced Adversary Encounters is the followup to SAI, but it's far less demanding than SAI was.
Ok, so I am open to suggestions on other mods that add silver weapons and I am currently saving a new non-IW version just to be sure to cover the vanilla swords.
This might work perfectly fine without Immersive Weapons, I just haven't been able to test it. The game gets all weird when I try to deactivate bigger mods now.
With how easy this was to mod, I wonder why the hell no one has done this yet. I literally just searched for silver and updated the perk magnitude to a higher number. As simple as that.
Next question is this: Should the weapon damage be doubled, along with the bonus, should the weapon damage doubling be the only bonus, or should it be a set added damage bonus as it is now?
Well, it depends how it is used. There is a mod that makes ghosts [and other ethereal or undead creatures, i think] invulnerable to common weapon damage. You need magic, damaging enchants or silver to hit them. Still, 100 feels like a bit too much, considering WW and VL are big monsters. I've seen some werewolf/vampire movies, and yeah, it's one heck of a poison to them. Still, insta-kill with +100 is a bit too much. Keep it at 50 and it not only will be stronger, but won't make the weapons cheap.
As for other mods, you should check weapons of the third era MOS edition. Also, Heavy Armory. this one has a CCO redone patch.
So, this mod went down the drain too? :c I'm still trying to figure out a way to add extra damage against undead [or anything to specific to that matter] to an arrow, but no success. Most mods make the arrow a "magic effect" which won't let it be recovered in case you miss. This has to be fixed somehow.
Be sure to check info from immersive weapons and uskp to add the proper enchant without description, but with modified value. Now, silver arrows have been made left and right, but they are hard to get properly done. That is because when an effect is applied to the arrows directly, they become maigic-like projectiles and may not stick to things and enemies properly.
I think the right way is using a silent perk that searches for the keywords when the item is equipped. The silver perk is similar, but it shouldn't show as enchantment. This only happens because a description is added to the weapon.
Hope this helps and you can get this figured out properly, because i want to make something similar and it is a pain to get it right.
Look into my mod. I made a Magic Arrow Perk. If you equip a Silver Arrow and Bow you Apply a Combat Hit Spell that does Silver Damage. Look at Papa Timm - Archery and Combat
Use my ideas as you please. Only the Meshes and Textures are not mine and you can not use them.

These are the ones i knew, and while i like catwoman's the most for the steel arrow quiver retextures (I used insanity's silver bow with a retex so i didn't need to use ugly dwarven bows... =w='') But like i said, all have some flaw. Didn't knew about James' mod, tho.
Ya, I meant a mod that just adds silver arrows/bolts that act like arrows instead of magic. All of those add them as spells or change everything in archery. Not what I'm looking for since they break Sneak Tools. I don't get why it doesn't work to use the bit saying to add silverperk to the creature, but it doesn't seem to work.
If there was one, we wouldn't be lookig for it, right? XD I posted all silver-related arrow mods i knew. There is also SkyRE, which has perks for silver bolts or something like that.
i like bow's for weapons MOSTLY i have a full range of arrows some magic, some silver
the diamond coted (misspelled on purpose) silver arrows damage 999 i have bumped up the damage to max in tes edit same with all my bows then with shades, boots, circlets, gauntlets, rings, amulets -> adding 2000 % damage increases well you get the idea.stronger than a shout
when i shoot a say a giant troll in the ass it sends them 1 mile away
i can shoot at a group of "all thalmor wizards" i just dumped into the game using a bat file and it kills them ALL with a "single" Blastwave arrow (max damage configured) it's wicked nice for those vampire dogs too
combined with decapitation spell ... i reduce vampires to out of work- can't bite you with no head
MAYBE! I have no idea if it will work since my install is broken and I can't remove immersive weapons and still launch the game... =P I need to uninstall, but for now it might just work on its own with no changes. =)
I feel sorry for those Silver Hand dudes that my character has eaten by the dozens like they were popcorn. It'd be nice that they actually were REAL werewolf hunters, otherwise I don't know how did they even survived their first werewolf. It would pose a nice challenge that they really hurted you with their silver weapons.
Yes, they will F*** you up now... Do not let silver break the skin as a vamp or lycan or you will likely die!
Ok, maybe not that bad, but at early levels these weapons will be 1-2 hits for a kill. This mod just makes the extra silver damage 5x as much, so if silver hurt a lot before, it will REALLY hurt now.

Ive been wondering about that mod as well. Closest thing I found was the Truly Undead mod:
