Nice location and looks good, but it's insane that this place requires all 3 DLCs to work but the only DLC feature I see being offered is a stove. Really???
Good idea. Looks interesting. Realistic modest house and not overloaded with stuff. I love the view! Looks like the Nilheim bandits haven't found it yet . Since Nilheim is Riften territory, you may change the deed's signature to 'Anuriel, Steward of Riften'.

Also, HNIGZ, in the Nexus Mod Manager, if you click on the .esp file of your choice, it will give you its description and a list of master files that need to be there for it to work. Most mods with master-files will cause the game to crash on start-up if a master file is missing. A master file is defined by any file that the mod uses, meaning that you most-likely checked it to load up in Creation Kit when you first opened it to make the mod.
