Pending a major bug report, this mod can be considered in its final version! USKP doesn't seem to be modifying child records anymore, and TK doesn't seem to be updating further, so this mod should be safe to continue using without my needing to update it.
Can you please make this patch for Unofficial Legendary Patch, since the Skyrim patch is no longer supported? I can't patch my Dual Sheath Redux because this patch is looking for Unofficial Skyrim patch, and well, yeah... Does this count as a major bug report?
Assuming this will never be patched to work with USLEEP, I wish some player who knows how to make such a patch would create one for TKChildren to work with USLEEP and post it to the Nexus, then post here to point us to the new patch.

I would recommend you experimenting yourself with the 'merge plugins script'. Its very easy to use, and then you will be able to make every combination of patch merge you desire.
If you don't have hearthfire just use the vanilla patch (the main file). The children from the expansions don't get touched by the USKP, so only the vanilla children need to be patched. The merged patch is just for the convenience of people who happen to have all the expansions. Its not required.
