Hey Kids, I'm back.....been in the wilds of Alaska and no internet access, seriously it is last place on Earth (at least US Earth) that has very limited internet. So thanks for all the support and comments
I would like a higher price optional like double the base cost and maybe a forth option for house mods like Sjel Blad Castle, Dragonskeep, and veseral other massive homes that are free. Sjel Blad should be a break the bank cost I'd love if your mod took my gold lol instead of what I'm currently doing which is putting a few million yes million into a chest to never touch agai, though I suppose I can just buy multiple deeds.
Since peoples keep asking even thought there is a FAQ in the description of the mod....
This is a ROLEPLAYING mod where you buy pieces of papers worth thousands of septims to PRETEND you paid whatever house mods you are using. YOU get to decide how much you want to pay for the house mods you are using.
Example 1: you download West Riding Retreat, which is near Whiterun which seems to be completely free for the taking. After checking the house you decide it's a castle and worth 6 noble deed. You buy the 6 noble deed from Belethor in Whiterun. Nothing changed as far as West Riding Retreat is concerned. You are just pretending that those 6 noble deed allows you to have West Riding Retreat.
Example 2: you use the Warzones mod and you think it's not fair that you are allowed to loot all those corpses without anybody trying to stop you. You buy a Upper class deed from Solitude and one from Windhelm as some sort of "licenses" to loot imperials/stormcloaks in Warzones. The author of Warzones has never heard of such a thing and you don't need a license to loot the bodies. You are just pretending you need one.
Example 3:you download an armor mod that basically put tons of armors worth 500 septims each in a chest in riverwood that you can loot for free. Then you buy a couple of common deeds to pretend that you paid a wholesaler to get that crate of armor on sale.
See the point now? With _Simple Taxes_ mod you can even get taxed after reading the deed. So if your roleplaying should involve some sort of rent or taxes over time you can use the deed for that as well. ie: read the deed for things you think you should be taxed on, drop the deeds in a chest for things you don't think you should be taxed on.
This is such a great idea. Thank you. I've been looking at house mods and liking a whole bunch but feeling kind of guilty while trying to figure out a way to justify them to myself - like it was an inheritance or something but that really only works for maybe one medium-sized house. I was thinking about getting a vault/chest and just putting money in it like I paid for a house but this is so much better - now I won't be tempted to ever go back to that vault and take some money out... Thanks again. Love it and will definitely endorse.

Very good idea. I like Simple Taxes, but I use the free house mod. Now I can pay for it and get rid of unwanted gold!
edit: ok they show up as whiterun deed in belethor shop, I was looking for noble deeds and such
so i read the deed, I get the home sweet home popup, then I wait and the curiour nevercomes.
Version 2.0 Now 100% Compatible with Simple Taxes!
To enable "taxes" for each house you must read the the Deed Letter that you purchase. This will add a "Houses Owned" in the stats menu.
