Just open the console ("~" or "²" ) and write "sexchange", it gonna change the model of your character and by the same way: REMOVE THE SOUND ! You've just to write back "sexchange" to return as a viril man and the sound is gone !
If it can help some people with this problem, I hope that has solved your problem
the sexchange also causes minor bugs: for me, I realized it conflicted with some function of Wildcat Combat linked to Stamina, then no longer were in effect, so just FYI
My problem started when I installed the mod: Blue Fire Magic. So I install this mod and add the mute file mentioned by @fang06 in the posts below (fx_fire_body_04_lp.wav), to complete the mod. It's not a perfect solution but I can use my favorite magic mod without turn crazy. Thank's @rogelioscar and @fang06
sadly your quick fix mod did not work for me, but it did help me find my solution! most of the time when i use any frost/fire/shock spells it caused the game to call up on one of these audio files and permanently play it till i quick save/load and repeat the process roughly every 5 casts.
how i came up with my solution to this was taking the inspiration of you replacing the 3 sound files with blanks i then extracted the sounds.bsa and hunted down where those 3 sound files were. but i did not just find 3, o no, i found 4! after playing all 4 files repeatedly i discovered that they were almost completely identical in sound to what was STILL being played despite using your quick fix.
so what i did is made a copy of one of your blank audio files and named it "fx_fire_body_04_lp.wav" so the fourth audio file is now blank in my data folder.
no more constant body burning sounds despite even using frost and shock destruction spells!
so if anyone still has the persistent sound even after installing this quick fix mod, try doing what i did, it may work for you like it did me.
endorsed for the fact you helped me find my problem!
SMPC does solve persistent magic sounds attached to the player or NPCs. If it doesn't work for you it means you have another mod overwriting the fixes after SMPC in the loading order.
yes I have both, I installed becuase the forums sugest them but they didnt solve the problem so I had to figured the solution and this is the best I could do without messing with papyrus

Uninstall the Current one and Delete it from NMM. Redownload the Mods and Install it with NMM. It should work again.
Do you use USKP and SMPC ?
Maybe I'm wrong, but I think they fix this kind of bug.
