      I agree. But what actually annoys me about him is because of Dragon Break Bullshit from Daggerfall, he doesn't really know s#*! about Talos.The only thing he gets right is Talos became a god. Talos is actually three guys.

   Usually I just kill Heimskr because his preaching gets annoying after a while but this time I made him essential :D
