Exterior colours/lighting are dead perfect. Interiors (for me) are very bleached and hazy (I don't use any lighting addons), and oddly enough my frame rate dropped by about 60 percent (20fps outdoors, 30 indoors).
I'm having the same problem. I'm using ELFX interiors and Further Darker Dungions like it says under Requirements. Have the same problem with or without them.
I've been using Neapolitan ENB for a day now, it's pretty solid as a preset and decent performance. I eked some more FPS by editing the Reflections settings which can be somewhat unfriendly to performance:
This lowered the quality of Reflections and also only enabled it for indoors. The other values I ripped off from WolfGrimDark's most excellent Grim and Somber ENB.
I also used SweetFX for some LumaSharpen and Curves tweaking.
All in all, it looks nice and I have my FPS in my target area for playing the game.
Final note: I don't like stumbling around in a dark game. It sounds good in theory, but I didn't download all those awesome cave and dungeon textures just so I couldn't actually see them! Sorry torched and magic candles make things look like crap.
I don't use any lighting mods except for Relighting Skyrim by NovakDalton (which fixes vanilla lights) and the ELE Plugin - RS Light Color by --JawZ-- which was created specifically for Relighting Skyrim.
So, for my particular tastes, it appears I like vanilla with a little chocolate and a side of strawberry.
Brightness should be kept around medium, or half way up the slider. As for CoT, you'll have to use a different preset or customize Neapolitan on your own for the time being. I have to take a break from modding, and even then have other projects I'd like to work on first.
Just checked this out. Great ENB, that makes game look cold, dark and Skyrim'ish. Exactly like on your pictures. But I really hope you release CoT version soon. Atm night light sorces look white and not realistic. And its too dark at some weather types. Also I never saw beautiful sunsets and sunrises with this ENB for some reason
I think that this might be the most attractive ENB I have seen yet. Tracking - and once I get rid of "the ghost in my machine" I will be back to try it.

Also, I'll keep your suggestions in mind when creating the CoT version, thanks.
