   If I use the Alternate Replacer with Nexus, my doggy is all purple. Seems to be missing textures.

      they don't use textures. they use vanilla textures. the only reason they wouldn't have textures is if you deleted your dawnguard.bsa

      I am talking about the Alternate Version (third picture). That to me looks like a totally different model. Probably something from Witcher 1. And if that is the case, I doubt it uses vanilla textures of Skyrim.

   I know I saw this before, someone made armored death hounds you could find at two locations, but now I can't find that mod anymore. Did you take it over?

   Awesome been hoping someone would do this since the main mod came out.
   
   I'm also surprised at the lack of understanding when it comes to the word "replacer" by some people here. It replaces the death hounds, ALL OF THEM! Its not rocket science.

      Yeah, its different from huskies because there are wild huskies, but there are no wild death hounds. All the death hounds met are owned by vampire npcs.

      Never came across a wild husky in all my hours of playing, odd. Wild dogs yes but they all use the same skins. Anyway, thank you for the mod, love it

   Does this replace just CuSith and the other one (in castle Volkinhar) or all death hounds?

      All death hounds. There are no wild death hounds in game so it nakes sense for them all to be armored, like the dawnguard's huskies.
