Why would you want to remove the most awesome enchantment in the Dragonborn DLC?

This is a version of the sword i made for personal use. That's the beauty of modding if you like or dislike a mod it's totally up to you if you want to use it.

perhaps instead of replacing the bloodskall blades beam effect why didnt you make a new weapon in the ck add the bleed enchant then template the bloodskall blade sword nif to your new sword (aka bleedskal blade) then place it in a cell next to the bloodskal or even in a chest. the fact youve broken the dragonborn sidequest is the main reason i view this as a poor mod not to mention any axe with bleed perk will out perform this weapon considering the bloodskal blade can only be tempered to exquisite without serious smithy potion skills as it doesnt has a smithy perk to double its tempering like most other weapons.

anyone in the CK can create a new steel axe/sword then template the bloodskal nif to it which would be much better than this mod. as it would still hav bleed with perks and increased atk speed aswell as still being enchantable. poor effort

You sound like a confident fellow so it should be easy for you to make the weapon you described and it will be better than my mod and use it in your game. I did test this before i uploaded it and like it says in the description it worked fine as long as you install it after you finish Bloodskal Barrow Final Descent quest.

By the way you could add a crafting recipe to leave vanilla blade as it is and allow crafting of your modded blade from it
so that you can solve the puzzle then use bloodskal blade to craft another one with your enchantment

I like the bleeding effect but does it still release the energy because if it doesn't then that's going to be a problem since a quest in Dragonborn requires the energy blasts from the sword to solve a dungeon puzzle

Thanks for pointing this out. I forgot to add a note to install after finishing the Bloodskal Barrow Final Descent quest.
