   Nice mod, but this enchantment is little bit overpowered. Too many charges and too long duration per soul gem. It makes vanilla magicka drain enchantments/poisons almost worthless. Imo silence effect should be 10 sec long, not over a minute.

   Just a suggestion, but if you could make it so that casters with the silent casting perk are immune to this it would be awesome.

   I was thinking of a spell and maybe a staff later on. I just got the enchant working and seeded some weapons into the loot lists to play test it.
   
   As I suggested, it can work on Vampires and mages so you can attack with your favoured style.
   
   See how this goes and I can include a spell and staff later.

   I'm cool with the idea of an enchantment, but please add a spell to complete the set
   
   Also how does this work from a technical level? Would you be able to cast this on more than one person at a time?
