Well, you don't have to agree with the name. When I was making this set, that's the name I felt like so that's what I went with. We all have our personal preferences, and this is merely a sample mod anyway, not the finished product.
Have to agree. There are already 2 armor sets that fall under that name. Personally, seeing this does not scream "inquisitor" to me at all. Some sort of gladiator, or ruffian, sure, but inquisitor?
