I decided to go ahead and check this out even without pictures. Turns out it's nice and rustic and vanilla inside (except for the pet dragon of course). It's a comfortable, cozy one room place, and I really like the sort of hermit's cabin feeling. This is definitely a mod I'm going to keep. I'll upload a few pictures.
Only two minor 'problems' to mention: 1) the dragon 'Betsy' keeps saying the same greeting in a booming dragon voice whenever I get too close, which was pretty startling when I first entered the house. However, after finding it the first time I decided to reload back to Ravenrock because I forgot to bring my companion with me, but when I rediscoevred the house the little dragon wasn't anywhere to be seen inside, so I don't know what happened.
2) it looks like there aren't any idle markers for NPCs to interact with because when I told Teldryn to relax he just stood in the same spot, he didn't have any trouble following me around the house though, so really it's not actually a problem.
