Nice mod, will give it a try this weekend. One question: did you consider that certain weapons have different critical damage? For example Auriel's Bow's critical damage is equal to its base damage instead of the half so it is 13. With critical shot 3/3 it should now make 13 X 6 X 1.5 = 117 critical damage which is very nice.

Thank you for this! Though I'm using modded weapons, I do agree about the crits. It will especially be useful in Legendary without being OP I think.

I'll try taking a look into your file to see what modifications you did to get this result, and see if I can apply it on custom weapons myself.

The changes I made should be quite easy to find, I just multiplied the critical hit damage value for all 1h swords, 2h swords and bows by 4 / 6 respectively. So if you see a 1h sword with 20 critical damage, its original was 5.

That's a way to do it, but it's far from being the most efficient one.

You should think about adding a perk to the player instead. It's possible to multiply the existing critical hit damage by whatever factor you want directly in a perk. You can even add that perk with a quest to avoid editing the perk trees. This solution would skyrocket the compatibility of your mod because right now it's incompatible with a lot of mods out there.

If you want to know how to add a perk to the player easily, just check my mod. Look for the Horseman perk in the Heavy Armor module.

Thanks, I'll look into that This was my first attempt at modding and I was a little overwhelmed by the creation kit, so editing weapons looked easiest. However, I'll see about adding or editing the existing critical hit perks instead and mod it that way if I can. Thanks for the advice
