Well... I'd like to point out, that the commands described may or may not work, depending on load order.
If it's like this, it will work: 0. Skyrim.esm 1. Update.esm 2. Dawnguard.esm
It will not work however for the proper load order, which is: 0. Skyrim.esm 1. Update.esm 2. Unofficial Skyrim Patch.esp 3. Dawnguard.esm In this case you need to put 03xxxx IDs instead of 02xxxx.

Any ideas to get rid of the "dummy's"?
