This mod's biggest flaw is it doesn't add weapons to enemies.

A perfect mod for my forest khajiit archer character who doesn´t like metal stuff (and thus refuses to use iron- and steelarrows). Only problem I had was that the stone arrows didn´t work. I could make them in a smithy, and I could see it when I drew the bow, but when I released the bowstring, the arrow just vanished. It simply disappeared and didn´t leave the bow (and yes, I tried standing very close to my target). It might be a conflict with other mods I have that changes vanilla archery, and if I figure it out, I´l let you know.

*Edit* Well, it wasn´t a conflict. I had a look in CK and found that there is something wrong with the artfile used in the projectile section. When changed to some other arrow art (like steel, glass or whatever else) the arrow in game works just fine, it´s just that the arrow looks like whatever you choose in CK.

*Edit 2* Also since the arrows are custom, they will not be subject to changes done by mods that alter vanilla arrows speed and gravity. They will behave like vanilla arrows in flight.

If someone is ever going to update this mod, it would be very cool if you added stone woodcutters axe and stone pickaxes for mining.

    Hello,

I really enjoy this mod. I always thought there should be more primitive style weapons in the game. I noticed I am unable to improve the weapons. Is that intentional? What you think of making higher level versions made from malachite, heartstone, etc.?

Does it need quarried stone for crafting or did you add your own? I would prefer quarried stone since I can mine it

I don't want to be picky, but perhaps you should mention somewhere that this is a retexture of vanilla weapons. Just to be clear. Still, nice idea.

Some of these look like new meshes. Does one of the DLCs add a rock-shaped hammer or rough axe like in the provided screenshots?

Or do you mean it *replaces* vanilla weapons? he says in the desc. that they are new, forge-able items. . .

      See here: http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Stalhrim_Weapons_(Dragonborn)

I think, most of the meshes are Stalhrim weapons with a less saturated texture, but this mod is no replacer, i.e. it adds new weapons to the game.

It's correct that these are retextures. I personally disliked the stalhrim weapons, and felt that a chiseled stone texture would be far more fitting. It does say retexture in the description, but I guess I wasn't clear enough. I'm currently working on new meshes, but it is a learning process.

Are these weapons the same resolution as vanilla skyrim weapons?

Looks like stone to me :-) add to leveled list and I will use it for my playthrough, as I'm not a big fan of crafting.. Looks awesome though.. How strong are these weapons?

They're comparable to iron. The ones that are stronger than iron are a little heavier, but they'd make a great alternative for the beginning of a playthrough.
