It is missing location data though, this means mods like Nethers follower framework cant tell its a home (for outfit switching for example).
To fix it use Xedit to add a LCTN item, add the keywords LocTypeDwelling, LocTypeHouse, LocTypePlayerHouse, then go to Cell Entry in xedit, find the XLCN - Location line and add the form ID of the location you just created and voila, save and profit.

Absolutely beautiful house, but it seems follower unfriendly, crushes the game everytime I try to go in... Or could be there some other reason that prevents me from entering with a follower? If anyone has any idea, please share.
This house is great! Best house I have found so far and I have been through a lot of houses But I came across one bug. After placing items in the small chest on the bottom shelf under the potions my game CTD. I tested this a few times and every single time it is as soon as I leave the chest inventory. HELP if possible please! I absolutely love this house! Perfect for my mage characters!!
FYI, this mod was uploaded to Bethesda.net presumably for Xbox One. The uploader is pubwanderer. It has since been deleted but if you look at "his" activity (https://community.bethesda.net/people/pubwanderer/activity) or content (https://community.bethesda.net/people/pubwanderer/content) you can see it in the list. He uploaded several mods, without permission, to Bethesda.net for Xbox One. Almost all have since been removed. However his account is still active so he has not been banned, despite uploading several (14+) mods. Just thought you might want to know.
Well Done. Well Made and great location. In my play through I consider it a gift from the people of Skyrim for defeating The World Eater. 100% approval. Folks that "boo ha" about Riverside location; too sad. This is believable...now...if the hot tub had auto strip feature. Imagine the joy brought forth. Again Well Done!
I think you done a good job about this mod but I found a dysfunction with weapons rack. Practically I can put up all my weapons on a single rack and form a weapons pile. Besides I can't take or click them.
