This house is really nice. Simple, clean, spacious. I can take my hoplite army or other NPCs into it. Well, good job, me give endorsements. This mod, I highly recommend to other Dovahkins.
After wondering this as well I took a look at the cell in the Creation Kit and it had exactly Zero navmeshes. If you have CK, open up the cell and have it generate/recast navmesh and finalize. You may need to tweak some of the navmesh to work properly.
I'm not a fan of bathrooms or swimming pools or hot tubs in Skyrim....like....at all.
But at least this one serves a practical purpose, namely of heating the entryway above it. And, it adds one more room to the HF houses without taking away the already limited space. So I happily endorse this mod.
But for the record, I'm more than ok with no navmesh in the cell.......I have no desire to have a Turkish bath alongside or under the supervision of Faendal or Farkas......
Incidentally, you may want to clean this mod with TES5Edit after you download it. It is filled with dirty edits. Still a good mod, though.
