      Simply paste the .txt file in your skyrim folder, not the DATA one, but the one where TESV.exe is located and boot up the game. Then, after you've loaded your save file open the console (with the ~ key) and type "bat godmode".
      You can't undo it sadly.

      Thanks, and ya, I realized after I posted it, I`ll add an update for picks as soon as i can
