I've been using this mod since it was first released and it is a permanent fixture in every play through. I just love it. It has everything you need without being overdone and the location is perfect. It's a great starter home. Mi gusta mucho. Gracias.
Love this cottage, I've been using it since version 2 and it's a permanent fixture in my load order. Would love to see a compatibility patch For "Real Shelter" mod so rain does not go through the roof where the beds are. And again excellent mod, Thank you.

This looks perfect for my upcoming play-through as a Khajit thief/assassin. Can't wait to try it out!!
P.S. What I like about best is that it is a ruin so that would explain why it's free but could you add a version without the NPC? Or is the NPC your character? Cause random NPC's around player homes feel strange and unusual if you get my meaning.
Also could you make a version with a garden or planters from Hearthfire for farming and possibly a SMALL secret cellar with a safe and a few weapon racks, a manaquin, and a weapon/shield plaque? That would be awesome like a secret lair! Nothing too over-the-top though. Otherwise this is great and I will try it out right away!

Oh I figured out how to remove trees that I was having problems inside your house because of True Skyrim mod I have. Just open the consol ( ~ key) click on the tree you want to remove and type ( disable ) then click on enter, and the tree is gone. Hope this helps others that have this problem.
