It would be great if you could list all 10 of the altered forts. I have the Helgen quest mod installed, and have no idea if your mod will screw things up for me. I wish there was an unspoken rule among modders, that they specify the changes, not to mess up the game for people who have hundreds of mods already installed.

Do you plan to add more functionality? I'd love to see a Territory Claim option that allows you to rebuild and refurnish a fort of your choosing. Underground Bathhouse and Paradise Valley had a unique function that allowed you to replace existing NPC's with followers of your choosing. They would then fulfill all the same routines and actions of the previous NPC's. Would be very interesting to see a mod that allowed you to restore and repopulate a fortress with NPC's of your choosing that would fill rolls of Blacksmith, Vendor and such.

Probably far beyond the scope of this mod, but something I've been wanting to see for quite a while.

Player character can walk around fine in the restored structures except for followers and npc which lead to awkward battles. It isn't anything gamebreaking though as a few of these structures are not normally accessible unless you use console command "tcl". However, it does leaves some empty spaces (like Fort Sungard) which might be beneficial to be turned into smithing area or, this is just my opinion, the rubbles might have come from a tower rather than a wall.

this might sound dumb, but did you fix the navmesh so it's accurate for the new layout as well?
