VERY SORRY about the confusion, it was not setup correctly the first time and was not working. I went through and fixed all of that and tested it, added some notes and tweaked some things. Well done! Let me suggest for the hd standalone version: a rotten cloak, change the nigthingale emblem for a skull and put some fingers on the gloves.. That will makes your work unique! (sorry for my bad english)
Looks awesome. But it didn't work for me. I installed it exactly as you said, but no luck. Unless it doesn't work with armor you spawned in with cheat codes? Because that's what I did.
not sure how well-versed in the creation kit you are, but it should be possible to extrxt the meshes/textures from this esp and create a new one that creates a new item, where you just use these textures instead and give them whatever stats you want (or you can copy these from the vanilla skyrim if you want) Might give it a shot myself if I find time
I went ahead and downloaded a completely different texture mod for the nightingale armor to see if it would work and it did. I'm not sure what my problems are with this texture mod. Has anyone else had any luck with this armor set?
Yeah I've tried installing it the same way and It's not changing the armor. I have another mod on my nightingale set for a stat boost, but I've tried deactivating that and trying this one, but still no luck.
Strange. But I have two ideas. One: I install it with Nexus Mod Manager. Or Two: I get the armor the right way. From the nightingale hall. I hope one of them works. I hate the chocolate brown. This texture would fix that a lot.
Yeah I've tried downloading manually as well as with the manager, but the armor still doesn't change. I finished the thieves guild quests and got the armor legit, so it shouldn't have anything to do with spawned in items for me.
