Great work amazing looking character. probably heard this a lot, but any chance you have a copy of her before you choose to go with the imperial or the nord through the keep after the dragon attacks at the start?
Open the console, click on them (so that their ID appears at the top of the console window) and type setscale 0.95 to shorten them a bit or setscale 1.05 to make them taller. Any numbers higher or lower than that start to look a little silly (in my opinion, of course).

The only mods I'm using that would affect skin texture or face are "No More Blocky Faces" and "Detailed Faces" mods.
