We need more followers that can utilize shouts. Though this character is a Dark Elf, I'd much prefer a Nord (lore reasons) so I don't think I'll get this. Major props for making a shouting follower though. I'd really like if more people would make these.

Well if you like brothers and sisters, who look like Wh*res then you can just type "Shout" in the search. Thank you for this feedback; sadly I was not paying attention to Lore, but I'll take your "Request" into consideration and make a nord who can shout. Do you want male or female?
Thanks for the response, I don't prefer either gender, as long as its not another "Dovahkiin from the boxart" and they at least look pretty good. Custom armor is always awesome, but totally not necessary...though Nordic Carved Armor (from Dragonborn) would be awesome! =)
EDIT: Decided to type in Shout to see what I found. A whopping 5 mods (including this one) showed up for companions. Also I saw the pair you mentioned, haha.
Small note on shouting in general. All the followers I've looked through that shout, if they have Ice Form, that shout can freeze the player too. So generally, why include Ice Form if its consistently a problem with that? Personally I think Ice Breath is a perfectly fine alternative, just my two cents on the matter.
@ OGMSCOLEPEARSON - MAKE A MALE :O ! Ah so the default disposition is 2. That should be easy to implement, I don't know how but some1 from the forums do, there's a few guides on making followers and I'm pretty sure it covers that part.
@Blademaster1215 Yes there are few followers that can shout(very few). -The first one ever was Ulfgar The Berserk by MayanKing(Male Nord - freaking huge, only use IceForm shout) but that mod is old, it still works. -- Selene Kate, highly customized standalone follower with lots of features but it's way way way too overpowered. It only uses Iceform shout. It has variants of Unrelenting force from midas mass force spell and some other custom spell.
To be honest, I don't like the Ice Form shout either, it's too over powered IMO, and if you're caught in it, you are either screwed or the game went on without you -_- . . .
Thank you for the feedback. The creation kit doesn't run well on my pathetic laptop. It works though, I need to set the relationship rank to 4 which is "Lover" for her to have any interactions at all.
@kioxin There's also a few shouting followers on the steam workshop too, though none of them were very good, they were very overpowered too, some of them.

The shouts Mandy will use depend on type of range. Close range - Call of Valor Medium Range - Disarm/Fire Breath/Frost Breath Long Range - Ice Form/Unrelenting Force When the target is out of ranged attack (Out of Render Distance) she will use Whirlwind Sprint. Her shouts have a cooldown of around 10 seconds. There is a bug (A funny one, actually) when an Enemy is killed, she will use a shout on the corpse. I posted in the description to look out for Friendly Fire, so be careful when in Mele Distance and Mandy is at Long Range, she will use Ice Form.
Her shouts have no words, so she shouts instantly, for example with Fire Breath for your player it's Yol... toor shul. For mandy it's just "Yol" - It comes out wordless and has the same damage as the full word shout.
No, this is a bug. She starts of with a Disposition of 2 - You need 4 to get her to follow you. Target her using the console and type in "setrelationshiprank player 4" I am working on fixing this.
