This mod adds the item "mammoth pelt" to the corpses of any mammoths you kill, which can be turned into leather at any tanning rack.
It also adds the option to carve a mammoth tusk into "scrimshaw", found in the "misc" list at any forge.
It also add the option to turn four mammoth tusks into "powdered mammoth tusk", one of the rarer ingredients in the game.

To install the mod, simply open your Skyrim data folder, located (unless you manually installed it elsewhere) in program files/steam/steamapps/skyrim/data,
then put the .esp file and the two folders "meshes" and "textures" (or if you already have those folders from other mods, the folders inside them, and so on)
into the data folder. Finally, the next time you start up Skyrim, click on "Data", scroll through the list that comes up, and click on the small
box next to "MammothLoot" so it has a check in it.
