-=Hall Under Breezehome=- 1.0

~ Clearing away the accumulated cobwebs and dust from most every surface in Breezehome was an ardeous task.. For whatever poor soul ended up doing the work. As you
inspect your newly-furnished home to make sure everything is as it should be, you notice a trapdoor where the house plans indicate there isn't one; judging from how
it looks, it was definitely part of the original home. Finishing your inventory and finding everything in order, you finally give in to your persistent curiousity and
move to investigate; opening the trapdoor, you expect to find a wine cellar, or a basement; instead you are greeted by a fairly well-maintained dwemer ruin. Certainly,
this is something to be investigated..~

Hall Under Breezehome currently adds two new areas connected to Breezehome in Whiterun.
The Passageway portion is a miniature dungeon geared towards a medium-level or very skilled player; the Hall portion is a fully furnished player house.
This mod can be rather unbalanced; it contains upper-tier spell tomes and randomized loot chests.

-Installation-

-Simply place the HallUnderBreezehome.ESP into your Skyrim/Data/ directory and be sure that you don't have any other mods interacting with Breezehome's layout or entryway.

-Notes-

-This mod changes the layout of Breezehome slightly; a certain unwanted house guest will no longer watch you sleep.
-This mod only works with the original Breezehome cell. If your Breezehome door goes somewhere else, the trapdoor will not appear.
-This mod is a work in progress; please report any problems with it in the NexusMods page comments.
-There is a 'safe path' to avoid the mobs in the passageway; take a left as you exit the entry alcove (entering from Breezehome) and head straight.
-There are safe chests in the mage room, master bedroom, and larder. Everything else will regenerate.
