• TakeNotes - Short tutorial on XML export/import/edit

  This is a little tutorial on how to work with the XML files that TakeNotes is able to export/import since v1.52.
  If you are not familiar with XML you may (or may not) want to read up on it, e.g. here.
  
  Note: If you only want to export your journal and import it at a later time (e.g. in a new game), you don't need this tutorial.
  Simply use the "export to xml" and "import from xml" function in the MCM.
  
  
  STEP0 - Setting up Notepad++
  This step is not really necessary, cause any other text editor (like notepad or wordpad) is viable as well.
  However, in case you want to do this more often, I recommend Notepad++ due to its integrated XML extensions:
  ~ get Notepad++
  ~ in Notepad++ go to Plugins -> Plugins Man...
