Nice place. I did find that the kitchen spit didn't work but using Jaxonz Positioner and Jaxonz Furnishings fixed that right up along with adding follower beds and storage too. And the house goes well with Deck and Pier at Honeyside Riften
Thanks Perastyr not bad for a first mod.

Very nice mod. The only problem I have with it is there isn't enough storage for food or ingots, etc... TY for your hard work.

I also really like this home~ A few things were a bit troublesome, so I'll list them really quickly before moving onto the good things!

    - When I first walk in, the fireplace makes bubbling noises but there's no cooking spit?
    - The upstairs seems a little sparse compared to the down and the desk over the stairway would probably fit nicely in the larger rooms!
    - Going downstairs is just plain awkward because you immediately run into the smithing area archway and the desk. It's a nice desk but - how many desks does one person really need?
    - The kitchen area has a spit that doesn't work? Perhaps redo the kitchen area or place some of it upstairs since it has the room. Maybe a Hearthfire oven?
    - Bedroom is small and cramped. Take some of the stuff out! D:
    - Go easy on the trees - maybe add some more storage? Especially in the bathroom!

Now onto the good things. <3

    - The bathroom is really cute! It's a simple little tub that I think fits wonderfully with Skyrim's atmosphere. Very nice.
    - Even though I think it could use a few more bits, the upstairs is really nice and open. That's great!

You did a really good job and I think this is a neat little place. :3 I hope you have a chance to improve upon it!

This home has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, it did not work for me. The graphics were off with a lit of white space, more depending on how the camera moved. the bed was up against a wall, so a spouse was not an option. I will check it out in a few months.

I really like your floor plan. I know you are still working on this and I think it has a lot of potential. I just wanted to let you know about a few problems.
    1. The trees are nice but they are really too big for the house and they are not placed in the pots correctly, so I removed them. You might try flower pots or something. I have a mod that does that so I just replaced the trees with the flowers.
    2. The fireplace and the cooking pot were so far into the wall that it was impossible to use. I replaced that as well via another mod and put one up in the dining area.
    3. The stairs going down to the smithing area jut into the smithing doorway. If you could move something over a bit.
    4. I was swimming in the bath and got water in my ears, and I only could hear gurgling until I saved and stopped and started again.
That may not be your mod as I have a sound propagation mod, but I thought I would let you know.
    5. This is not a ding for me because I like placing my own lighting in homes but it's dark and someone else might notice.
Otherwise, I will use this and I really like it. Good job! Endorsed.

Edit: I don't have Hearthfire because I use something better
so the empty room is great. I can just furnish it myself.

If something look a little big, some shrinkage might be the answer, and I would like to suggest, for immersion side, that little area where you have a single chair and table just near the stairs going down, I'd put a small banister that so leaning back on the chair they don't fall down, not that any will, xD just every time i see something like that I cant help think if they lean back on the chair o.O .... ( I've played the game tooo long , me thinks ) over all

Its look neat tidy and clean and very nice inside

I was looking for some mod enhancing Honeyside for a whole day but yours the best to my taste. Other mods are far too overcrammed and full of bull*** stuff. Unfortunately even from the pictures I can see some placing issues/bugs.
I hope you will release some fixed version soon. Also I would love to see screenshots of your placing of arcane ench + alchemy lab. And 2 my personal suggestion - remove that chair and table above stairs, their placement doesnt make much sense unless I would like to back-fall from chair straight to cellar You can replace it with bookshelf or smtng. And I would LOVE to have the possibility to upgrade my room/change garden into greenhouse with small windows (damn I love greenhouses in Heartfire).
Thumbs up, keep up the good work & keep it simple

Edit: So I downloaded Creation Kit 3 hrs ago to give it a try. After 3hrs of crying, despair, anger and 2 glasses of wine I gave up. Be my savior and replace that fugly garden with greenhouse or actually plantable soil piles.
