      open the RAR file and simply c/p it into both your Skyrim Save Folder and Skyrim Data Folder

      I didn't cheat! And besides you can't cheat quests cause if you do it bugs out the game and try to cheat for every usable Perk and Spell!

      to be fair, typing tmm 1 - downloading levers tower, and typing one small line in the console can achieve this without any trouble, but make it more personal with homes decorated and loot stored and that kinda stuff and cud be interesting

      But that would take a lot of time and space, and the main quest would not be done.

      Should maybe add that to the DESC along with what UnleashZaro said to about side and guild quests.
