    Trying this out on a test character and noticed two problems right off the bat: both of their hair is completely texture-less, and the other issue is no facial animations. So they talk and walk around like normal, but they're like little ventriloquists throwing their voices. I am using Mod Organizer, but there's no flag indicating anything is being overwritten by this mod or that anything else is overwriting parts of this mod in MO, so that shouldn't be a problem.

    [edit to further clarify... several days later, I know]No body or hair mods other than textures (XCE - Xenius Character Enhancement, More Realistic Hair and Superior Lore-Friendly Hair). That's partially why I wanted to use this mod instead of the other with their brother because that one requires other mods for child bodies, custom race compatability, etc. The description of this one suggests that all the meshes, animations and skeletons needed are included with this mod so that nothing else should be needed to make it work.

    Just want to make sure I've not set it up incorrectly somehow.

      I have the same problem with the hair and mouth animations.
      Would be good if this were fixed.

    As per others posting, the game hangs trying to get into Bee and Barb. Disabling mod, and entering, saving, then enabling mod solves this, but using UFO, I have no options other than 'you know...' and 'nothing, sorry'.In other words they don't follow.
    This is the only followers I have this problem with. The hair can thankfully be changed with the great change hairstyles mod. A pity I couldn't actually get them to follow.

    Edited; I added the more followers voices mod, and they now follow. However, the lips do not move and as there were numerous files in the more followers voices, I just downloaded the top main one. This may have been an error as the constant child voices requesting me to be their father, or if I want to play a game are a distraction (clearly, they would see if they are following me into a combat in a dungeon I don't want to play a game). Is there a way to just have the general followers dialogue albeit in a child's voice?

      That mod you mentioned, about the hairstyles. What is the file called? Or the name of the author? I would like to adjust their hair for me as well. Least until Shinkoku uploads the textures or something.

      Try amazing follower tweaks. It's very complex, but more reliable than UFO has ever been for me.

    + I love the idea of a child or teenage follower, it's very cool and very inovative.

    -Why in the four shields are their hair green!! you had me until that. Please try again, this is a great mod but please change the hair!

    It's probably due to load order or such (BOSS doesn't recognize the plugin and can't auto sort it), but whenever I try to enter the Bee and Barb to obtain them...my game just hangs on the load screen...but got past it by disabling the plugin, entering the inn, saving and reactivating it but I'm also having the hair colour problem of being as ekhudson mentioned "chromium electric blue" which tends to mean there are texture files missing also as ekhudson said.

    Finally, after getting past that first hanging screen, I left the inn with Natesse but when I got outside she was nowhere in sight...then I tried going back into the inn...aaand my game hung again ^-^;

    Oh yeah, I don't have any other mod that edits the Bee and Barb either so it's not that. Hope you can help out a bit on this little problem as there aren't any good child follower mods that I've seen personally, and both girls would help my character out a lot as he is a Thief/Ranger/Assassin

    EDIT- I decided to get the prerequisites for the non-standalone version and it's working very well, hair colours are fine, speech is fine and console command for adding Natesse works fine hehe Perhaps I'll revert back to this stand alone later on when maybe it gets updated or such?

    The kids look great and function great but their hair is chromium electric blue - Creation Kit says a number of texture files are missing. Any chance you could add those? I have created a very photo-realistic setup and that bright blue hair kills it! Thank you.

    you might want to mention that for this mod you need the mfvm mult instead of vanilla.

      Yeah sorry I was having trouble with the RGB values. It doesn't look that bad on my machine, though. The hair color will definitely remain greenish - if you dislike it, it's really easy to change their hair to blonde or something else with CK or NPC Editor.

      Will tone down color some next time something major needs updating (which might be soon-ish with how much trouble I'm having with CK... Though I'll definitely be giving them a custom skeleton to fix body proportion problems, probably sometime in the next month)

      Non-standalone version involves a custom skeleton, which I'm not comfortable messing with. Once I improve my modding skills, that's actually something I want to address (their legs especially are bothering me). I don't have permission to just export the entire enfant race into my mod, also, and a ton of work also went into their faces, eyes, etc, so it'll be a long and hard project to independently duplicate that stuff. I've been stuck with simple free-to-use resources so far.

    I've tried using mods that had the Race Compatibility mod in them before, but for some reason it would interfere with Dawn Guard.
    This would happen the first time you're turned into a vampire preventing the transformation. I'll give this mod and shot and see what happens hopefully things will run smoothly.

      As long as they're not transformed as well, I can't see a problem coming up (and actually I have no idea if turning them into vamps would even cause any problems at all). The custom race isn't playable - it's just their body type - so I didn't see the need to make RaceCompatibility a requirement

      (And yeah I get what you mean. I've normally just done custom races on run-throughs I wasn't going to be pursuing DG stuff, or switched to them after becoming a vamp, and always installed custom followers needing RaceCompatibility after being turned)
