Hasn't this already existed in the form of enchantments to increase your light armor or heavy armor skill, which in turn increases your actual armor rating? I suppose if you want to cheese up a mage even more, this is useful.
Sounds great. Just two questions....Where are these craftable? I can't find them as an option anywhere in the smithing menus or the tanner. Second, is the effect friendly to mage armor?
A weapon? Not yet. There is a keyword function associated with the restrictions. What boggles me is that the keywords available are from a dropdown list--you can only specify one keyword, and the list doesn't contain all the keywords available in the standard Skyrim.esp file. So I am sorta at a loss. I may look at the guts of some enchantment unlocker mods to see how they do it in general. ....no promises though.
