hey actually there is a location of the bow in ansilvund, just down from the entrance however i have not started another char to see if that is the location of it just thought i'd let ya know if you wanted to re-patch or whatever with this mod to solely have to use console for the bow
Thats interesting if it wasnt added by the console, because i dont recall adding a bow there, saying that though, i havent loaded up the Creation Kit or Skyrim in a long time.
This doesn't seem to work, I used the NMM to install it, it stuck it at the very bottom of plugin list, so i figured i might have to move it up near top... that didn't work either.. in the console i typed Black 4.... "Black 4"..... even tried Bat Black 4 and help "Black 4".......... I don't have many mods so i doubt it's a mod conflict.

maybe you missed some parameters or commands that are needed
If it dosent show up, you have a mod in your game which adjusts its place in the load order of console
What was you doing?
What mods do you have installed?
Have you tried the console commands to get it?
Both of the commands?
These are things I need to know to help you man, I I don't know, I cant fix
