I really like this. It looks nicely archaic and neutral enough for all kinds of currencies, so I don't need to worry about the complexities of differentiating between Septims and the other sorts you might find lore-wise.
Gonna throw my hat on the "ancient currency" pile here -- this would be perfect for the Nord ruins, stylistically it's a bit unrefined for the 4th Era Imperial currency.
Is there a way to make it so that these old coins only appear in the ancient Nord dungeons from 1000s of years ago (before the Empire), and that the normal Imperial Septim still appears in regular bandit places and dungeons with living people? I think this texture would look great for all gold found on Draugr corpses, for example...
Nice to see the coin goes HD! Personally I prefer the normal maps from the Not HD 256x512 version though. So I simple switched the HD coin01_n.dds with the Not HD one.
