I thought "bat" meant, like, baseball bat. As in, you wallop on people and they vanish, or you disappear while holding it and the bat just floats around whacking people.
While what you have here is fairly cool in its own right, the name really is kinda misleading... May I humbly suggest "Batch File For Invisibility"?
Could you be a little more verbose in your description? Is it always on when crouching? Is it dispelled if you attack or use an object? Do you have to stand up and crouch again to re-activate? You know... that kind of stuff?!?
