Now this! This is how you fix a damn problem! I mean it was stupid to begin with, you just can't polish a turd! You get rid of it and replace it with something that isn't a turd! THIS!

Thank you. This is better for me than the other mod that fixes the bullseye perk.I never noticed the problem with the effect going off prematurely and I always hated the stupid effect but never worried about it much. The reason this mod is great for me is that my follower often got confused and stopped attacking when the bullseye went off as long as the enemy was out of action. This annoyed the heck out of me.With this it does not seem to be happening.

Biggest thing i hated about the archery tree is the buggy paralyze. I would get a perfect headshot from a long distance away but the target would be paralyzed immediately as i let the string go and would fall over before the arrow hits. This is a much better alternative. 50% is also good to keep from being op.

    Well, it's very simple.
    1. Open the file in TES5EDIT
    2. Find the perk
    3. Look for 0.25 and change to 0.5
    4. Save the file

Anyway, I think I better to upload the 50% version soon.

Great idea... any chance for a 50% version.. I think 75 might be overpowered with the other perks and mods...

    please

If this Bullseye were overpowered then that vanilla Bone Breaker level 3 is also overpowered. That's my logic applying that 75%. Nope, I will not add 50%. However, feel free to edit the mod in TES5EDIT, it takes less than a minute to edit 0.25 to 0.50.

bonebreaker does not have a x3 sneak multi and the distance.... and with the war hammer you have to be in there fighting, and its slow so its VERY different... but its your mod..

      thanks....

fixed... I didn't think it would be that easy...

Couple this with Enhanced Dwarven Crossbow you get 125% of ignored armor it's like pierce armor rating in some games.. sign me in XD

    i disagree with Madcat221

"armor penetration" effect actualy stacks on targets that dont even have armor increasing damage done to them

its possible to really get a negative armor value.. i even tested it out with both console comands "modav damageresist" (damageresist = armor rating) and Bone Breaker + Marked for Death shout.

higher negative value of your targets armor = higher damage done to the target.

So this little mod is perfect

I know that Marked for Death can actually cause the enemy to a have negative armor rating, so you're definitely right on that. But that's because it actually subtracts a set number from whatever the enemies AR normally would be (is it -80 with all three words? Can't remember). This mod changes the Bullseye perk so that it lowers armor rating by a percentage (75%) of what it normally is when calculating damage done, not a set amount. If the enemy's AR is 0, then 0 x .75 = 0, so the enemy's damage resistance in this case would be the same.

Maybe I'm missing something, though. I'm sure Arthmoor or some of the other USKP people could verify one way or the other.

Either way, this mod still makes it better than the default perk for the reasons explained in the mod description.

Btw you know what would be awsome? Bullseye perk set to "Has a chance to instantly kill your opponent" ^^ true bullseye

Well that would be overkill and this little mod could enter the "Cheats and god items" category.

I don't see the problem with it, as long as it is below a .05% chance.
