[size=+2]Hilltop House - Addition[/size] ---------------------------------------
I am happy to show you or release the updated verison of the Hilltop house. This version includes a new room in the cave (NO new cell!!). I built it into the existing structure. I also used some new nice resources to make it even creepier. Feel free to make further suggestions or I'll make some expansions.

Every time i run up and down the stairs in the cave area i get a ctd. It doesn't seem to happen when i run in first person view but i haven't tested it extensively. I really hope there is a solution to this problem because i don't want to disable your mod (like i said, my necromancer has taken a liking to this place).
PS: I don't think i'm running out of vram, because i have some other abodes like Ayleid Palace and Moonstone Castle which are huge and where the problem never occured.
I've had the same problem here. The problem (for me at least) seems to have been the small stone mortar and pestle on the right as you come down the stairs, try disabling that via the console and see if that solves it.
I'm exhausted after the hard day, so I won't say too much, but I must comment on this mod. =)
This house is a pure perfection for me. I just love you. =D I've been looking for something similar to it since my day 1 of using Skyrim mods and finally I found it. I was lucky to have a look at nexus page of open books modder resource and saw a link to this mod there. It is simply ideal. I love the location and the view, and a fair amount of space for one person maybe with one follower as a guest while I'm preparing my poisons. I love the path to get in there, which doesn't invite anyone to bother the inhabitants. I love the small balconies with some pieces of clutter that show that the place is actually inhabited. I absolutely love the new arcane enchanter, ALL decorations, firepit, a custom cave and every single item in it, including the half-hidden smelter and even a cage with thrall. I love the crap ton of custom storage you've put inside the place without making it encumbered. I love the Dark Brotherhood banners since I hear the Night Mother.) And I'm not too dissapointed with the absence of the coffin since I'm not a vampire yet and I never sleep anyway. I'd better just shut up or I will end up mentioning every other item in the house. =D
Okay, I promised not to write too much. Sorry. :3 I wanna say a HUGE thank you. I love trying out new custom homes and I feel that I have found the best one of all of them for me. It looks amazing even on my laptop on lowest settings, and I can't wait to try it out on my PC when it is repaired. I'm gonna use Hilltop House and Pinetree Lodge together and probably would never need anything else.
P.S. The coffin chest feels like sth well familiar and close to me. I've added that to Proudspire basement to store ingredients since there is an awful lack of storage near the Alchemy and Enchantment workstations in vanilla PM and I loved the idea of the coffin. So it was like "OMG! My good old storage coffin O_O" when I saw the same feature in your mod.)

Thank you for your reply! Unfortunately, my PC's been dead for almost a month already and I'm still waiting for the expertise of my videocard.) And you certainly won't like to see the screens from my laptop, that would be an offence to Skyrim and your mod. =D I'm also a crappy screentaker when it comes to Skyrim too. It takes me long to capture a good shot, but I'll certainly try when my PC is alive again if you would like to see some pics.) It's the least I can do as a thank you for your brilliant work. I'll upload them to the Users images section here so you can see them and decide whether you like them.)
P.S. I forgot to mention one more technical feature that I really like about your mod — it is packed in only 2 files. I hate to install the mods with loose files since the Data folder gets cluttered and I lose track of the mods I have installed. Thank you for that as well.)
i love this house! i have gone through alot of different house mods and this was basically what i'm looking for... all it needs is a damn coffin and a lil more free space for the corpse preparation mod! XD no but seriously good work. i love it.
second the req for a coffin. Makes no sense having a vampirey home with thralls and no coffin. (maybe a switch on the wall to switch from bed to coffin, to accommodate non-vampires?)

I'm not a huge fan of huge extravagant house mods, so this one is perfect for me.
I have a minor suggestion: perhaps add a death hound to the place. Just as a "pet" more than anything.
In my opinion, it would add to the atmosphere of the lair
