it appears to be broken on argonians and any fix ive tried within the files breaks it for all other races, might wanna look into it if this is still being supported

Most likely a mod conflict - another mod is overriding the property of the hood, assigning the wrong body parts to it. Try to run Loot or make sure you place this mod at a lower load order so it is the last mod that modifies the Nightingale Helmet entry and see if that works.

Hi, here is quick solution for all people who plays argonians, like me. It's possible to made this replacer work for them, using meshes from original mod.

To made all female hoods to be appropriate for argonians, i done the following:
    1) Took files CowlArg_0.nif and CowlArg_1.nif from folder meshes/armor/nightingale/f of original mod (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/5130)
    2) Renamed them to CowlF_0.nif and CowlF_1.nif accordingly
    3) Copied to Skyrim/Data/Meshes/Armor/nightingale/f
    4) Enabled this mod (replacer, not original mod) in NMM

And it works, now all females in game wear a bigger hoods. Karliah looks quite funny)

EDIT - Made a dumb beginner mistake. Have gotten very little sleep over the last week!

At any rate, does what it says, so thumbs up - but for those looking for a way to make Argonians look 'normal' wearing the Nightingale hood, not quite. The better open helmets mod, or whatever it's called, works quite nicely, however! Just search open helmets if anyone else is looking for a way to make beast races look more natural in said helmet.

I couldn't get this to work. I installed the original mod, then replaced the ESP with yours, but the vanilla mask still shows up.

EDIT: Nevermind! I had a blonde moment, but I got it working now. Thanks a bunch!
