Sorry, but a lot of the changes you made don't make any sense. Why does aura whisper restore health? And why does whirlwind sprint let you breath underwater?
Well, it adds bonuses to the shouts so it's cool I think. However it conflicts with the vampire progression, as it adds also a cure disease effect too. Meaning if you want to become a vampire, you have to wait four or five days to become a full vampire, without using the aura whisper shout. Once you are a real vampire, you can use the shout without problem.
I never liked the fact you get cooled down using dragon shouts, the dragons are using the same power without. I'm using a mod which removes all cooldowns and gonna test it with this.
