Seeing how strong everything is now with difficulty mods and asis +9 spawns at 50% chance, and always on legendary, this might 1hit kill bears.

  No, trust me. After reading you comment I set it to Legendary difficulty and spawned an Ancient Dragon. 1 hit kill and went from Level 17 to Level 70 in one kill.
