Nice mod. Very creepy and immense feeling. It inspired me to make my own. underrated mod for sure. Ill be sure to give your mod a shoutout for the inspiration on my mod page when i get it up.
This is still one of the best LOTR mod you can download. Works GREAT! The atmosphere is awesome.
Extra notes: It's even better with things like Climates of Tamriel installed. Set it to the 2nd level of darkness (or the 3rd) and it is *DARK* and creepier than vanilla. For sounds I was using Sounds of Skyrim Complete LE. Also had some rock, cave and lava retextures. You can play around with different ones. Creepy music added to the game never hurts either. That kind of stuff really enhances the experience.
This is conflicting with Castle Riverwood (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/26835 in that way, that artefakts and half rezzed pieces of landspace appear at the castle. Pity, coz l like this mod, though the castle is a must-have.
I assume this is no longer supported, and I couldn't see anyone else in the comments having this issue I'm having (sadly, because I wanted a solution), but to me it seems I can't move around as supposed to. The vast halls stretches far into the dark and it's a great atmosphere with a good feeling of having "the whole mountain above you", although I noticed quite early on the terrain looked very blocky in some places. It could be like big sharp corners of a "floor square" sticking out without attaching to the next, so to speak, which obvisouly doesn't look natural at all. I also moved as when in water (the sound of splashing) even when on solid ground (already in the entrance hall) in many spots and then finally, when approaching some natural cave bridges with sculpted stairs, they were entirely blocked by big chunks of stone or rocks. When I used TCL to go through them, the stairs and the path often continued into another area, so I'm guessing they weren't supposed to be blocked at all?
When I look at the screenshots, Morsel looks very smooth and well-made, so it's quite far off from what I see when inside my mine. I assume something is colliding with my installment and TES5Edit says it might be USLEEP, Northern Encounters and Beyond Skyrim - Bruma. LOOT doesn't register any conflict though, and neither does Mod Organizer (I tried to move the Morsel mod around in the modlist but to no avail).
I made it until the "Falmer settlement" with the wood bridges and The Mourning Throne, but not without using TCL command. I also found the locked door next to the throne hall of the "berserker orcs", but no key. Since I don't like using TCL command when playing (it breaks the mood), I decided to abandon this mine which saddens me because it looks wonderful on the screenshots here. I entered from the east entrance in Ivarstead.
I'm writing this comment in case any one else run into the same problem, but as it seems most people get it to work as intended and for that I'm glad...
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I've tested this extensively on two different PC's which I have built since I made the mod and it all works fine on both. I'm not sure if the issues are caused by the things you mention, as I don't have them on mine. But your suggestions could be on the right track. If anyone else reports these problems then I'll take a look at the mod again to see if I can figure it out. This mod took a lot of time to make and I'm very proud of it so I'd like people to experience it in its glory!
Im pretty sure a good bit of the downloads are from me, I have to have this mod during every playthrough. Definitely my favorite mod on the nexus, been playing it for awhile.
I love this mod. I just love huge-ass areas to explore and adventure. I know so far just one other mod who also did this: Mimmeron(Dragonquest). Both awesome
Thanks for pointing out Dragonquest. Looks very promising. It can be difficult to find the less known, and endorsed, hidden gems.
Morsel was definitely a memorable experience and definitely going to keep it in my newest playthrough. Very unique in architecture and design. Quite a bit to explore as well.
Pretty sure lionbush is done, gone and moved on from the Skyrim modding scene sadly. This was a GREAT mod to play through. The environment is so amazing and enormous. Only thing I wish he or somebody would add is maybe a Monster Mod plugin. Would be great if those creatures could spawn there. More enemies and combat would be welcome. Anybody care to take that on?
I loved making this mod, but the Mines of Moria were a truly inspirational place that I wanted to do them justice. If anyone wants to use this mod as a playground to expand upon they are more than welcome. I think it's a great environment to delve into and someone with the talent to design encounters in there is more than welcome to try. If I could I would, but I much prefer designing environments.

Still haven't played through in it myself yet. Must get round to it!
