Except that it creates a flying chimney above Bleakwind Basin :-)

Probably a bug in Creation Kit or something.
Another mod (Helsmyrr) also had five flying bushes over there. So probably you and that other mod's author accidentally clicked some button or it's just a bug in the Creation Kit. According to Google Etac also had something flying over there.
I searched the objects in Tes5edit, removed them and now it's all fine.
Only thing I'm wondering is if I shouldn't also remove the records above these objects as these seem to only be there because they were the path to those objects (like Worldspace, Block X, Temporary and then one of those bushes). Keeping that record structure surely won't hurt I guess, but less is more so if I can delete the whole tree upwards please let me know.
It's impossible... I didn't even get to that cell during the making of this mod... It's probably from another mod and you didn't see it before or it may just be another Skyrim glitch and does not even come from any mod...
I don't see it in my game nor in the creation kit... It may be conflicting with another mod but I doubt it since my mod does not even do something in this area... I seriously cannot tell what is wrong with your game and I cannot really help you... Sorry
Edit: maybe you can try the crafting version to see if it still does it but in any case I wouldn't be able to help you...
thats ok. I'll just disable it with the console. I like your house by the way. Especially that it is part of the world and not a different zone inside.
Nice cabin, thank you. A wood chopping block would be nice. Are all storages around the house safe? Where did the entrance to the cave "chillwind depths" move?
Thanks and for the cave, I deleted it since it wasn't important for any quests and about the storage, it should be safe. Just tell me if you have any problem.
Edit: There is a wood chopping bloc in the basic version but not in the crafting version since it doesn't have a lot of place and I want to keep it small and cosy. Even the smelter is a bit too much in the crafting version in my opinion.
Can you add 10 mannequins and 40 weapon plaques please. LOL I am joking!!!!!Nice job on a little comfy place that is NOT in/near Riverwood. (soooo sick of Riverwood) Downloading and endorsing.
Yes the rain will drop through the roof but it adds a little bit of immersion as the roof is filled with cracks and holes. It's a cabin, not a house. But if I have more request, I will add an optional file with no rain through the roof if I can find how...

maybe just 1 bed for follower would be good
Is it something that is purchased or have a quest associated with it? Or does it just....exist, with an unused bed waiting for the player?
Edit: "Now the house is all alone, with no owner to take care of it until someone finds it..."
Ah, I see....
