For example when i go on whipwrecks to find chests, or one time when playing, i found myself swimming in the sea near Dawnstar and with a dragon attacking me, nad my npc had to stay underwater and swim for quite time, and as i don't like to eat potions after potions, using this ring in these cases helps...Plus for me is an exercise learning to use CK...
Thanks I made it light armored for who plays like a mage or with simple farm clothes, that in this way can have a little armor rating, but of course you can do what you want in your game with it, i principally made it to use the enchantment on the hood of my armor

I don't feel the ring should have an armour value however but I suppose that I could always disenchant it and make a plain one myself.
