I love this concept! It's stupid that people are saying that it's unnecessary because you can just kill bandits and such. They're completely missing the point.
This mod doesn't seem necessary, for the reason Kursan, dukesilver28, and ista3 pointed out. You can find hostile NPC's to kill and harvest their blood. The same can be said of Oblivion.
A noble idea, however you can get all but one blood types from corpses in the ruins of Alftand, which you just cleared out in order to get to the Elder scroll and that is also part of the Oghma Infinium quest. The only blood you need after that is I think Bosmer and I was attacked by a Bosmer bandit not long after, or you can seek them out. I suppose it is good to have another option if one does not want to go back tracking Alftand, but I never had to kill innocent civilians for this quest.
Came on here to say the same thing. The only elf not available in Alftand is a Dunmer, actually. There's one in Castle Volkihar if you have Dawnguard and have joined the vampires. Or if you have Dragonborn, you should have no problems locating Dunmer reavers to complete the quest.
liars retreat you will get all but one... then fast travel to halted steam camp near whiterun look in the pit outside the camps main gate and you will get the final one for the collection... easy
255 Miods says Wrye Bash and im starting think it might be a Mod, or could be SkyUI itself, becuase everytime i Install a New or Old Mod, i keep getting this Weird Ingame Nonsense.
I think its this Skyrim Mod limit thing, because witchever Mod i Download, i get this weird bug and im at the Beginning of the Game that shouldent have a Corrupt Save
.... Technically, you can finish this quest without 'killing innocent people." Just go clear out a few bandit camps and be sure to loot all the bodies...
lol I never had to kill any innocents for this quest....ever. DEAD BODIES EVERYWHERE, from bandits and such, also those random hostle npc encounters on the road
