Hi. Please, add to description that you have to set your Regional settings -> Formats to English (US), otherwise you'll get a whole bunch of unhandled exception errors and working with the program will be impossible.
Can you post error information for the problem so I can try to resolve the issue. Btw, I run English (UK), which works, so it may be related to non-English settings. What is your preferred Regional Settings?
My Formats set to Russian (Russia). This is the error message I get when I start the application. If I press 'continue', then program actually starts up, but I can't do anything - everywhere I click just gives more and more errors.

It is not obvious from the diagnostics what has gone wrong. The next update will contain some components that will provide additional information so that I can track down the problem.

Is anyone else having trouble with the Create Link/Mod Page feature of the Archive Monitor? I keep getting a dialog box with the following 3 lines of text:
Invalid URL: http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/23208 Or the Nexus web site access request timed out
I'm wondering if it's because (in my browser at least) it is automatically forwarding any http requests to https?
If I type in the above URL verbatim into Chrome, that's what happens... http is replaced with https and the browser opens up the correct page (in this case, Oblivion Stutter Remover).
Looks like the http is hard-coded and, as a result of changes made by NexusMods since BAT was written, is incorrect. It should be https. I will try to sort this out when possible, but at the moment, do not have BAT, Oblivion or Skyrim installed on my system. This may take some time, because I will need to convert BAT from Visual Studio 2013 to 2015 as well as make changes to the Microsoft Library it uses. So although the actual change required is trivial, the migration is not.
I hope the loss of this feature does not detract too much from the usefulness of this tool.

It works fine for BAIN packages for both SSE and FO4. The BAIN structure is standard, and Wizard format has not changed since WB v295 so this tool is still completely in spec for even Wrye Bash 307.
Just used this to throw together my first (somewhat complex) BAIN package. WOW. Really, this is an astoundingly professional interface you've created. The extremely detailed readme made it easy to figure out how to build a wizard and set things up right. And the UI was smooth, intuitive, and filled with helpful features to make editing a breeze. I will certainly be using this from now on - thanks buckets, Surazal
Also giving you a thumbs up, though I haven't quite gotten into the wizard business (finishing up my fomod first) this tool is very nice to organize my mod into a BAIN package format.
