This mod is basically unusable as is. The interior however is perfectly intact and working, though the basement lacks good navmeshing on some slopes, and bookshelves are wonky cuz I was noob. Leaving it up just in case anyone finds enough interest to fix up the errors that Skyrim updates caused to the exterior.

People are free to do as they wish with this file. Modify and reupload or whatever(A simple credit to me on your description would be nice though!) Fundamentally, a tree this size in the Tamriel exterior is very problematic, and I was very noobish when I created this, so I did not make seperate static items. Overhauls and mesh replacers for trees can and will mess with a lot of the work I have done on the exterior, and that is my fault for using mostly vanilla references. I have learned a lot since, and hope to release something new in the way of playerhomes. Something that reflects the many great things I learned from observing the limitlessly talented mod-artists in this community. There are many of you, and it often shocks me when I find out that most of the really good mod authors do not work for a professional gaming studio. Infact a lot of them learned to create there mods with absolutely no knowledge of game development when they started!

This mod looks so truly beautiful. I remember trying it years ago but I couldn't get it to work. I'd love to see it rebuilt in a way that makes more sense someday. Unfortunately I know I don't have the skill to pull something like that off, but maybe I or somebody who knows how will someday restore it.

hey, any chance you can make a non-tree version of this? the interior is absolutely incredible, but I don't like the giant tree aspect of it. It's a weird place for it, too, just in the middle of the map..if it was amidst trees in the mountains, that could be better...Still, the work you put in is so good, I hope you do a bit more with it in the future.

beautiful mod with a breathtaking sky platform! i had some problems to use the entrance. workaround for me: using tcl console command and walk into the entrance until door open tag appears.

Quick question, when console mods come out for skyrim remastered will you or allow someone else to upload it to Bethesda.net?

Been a long time since I have done anything with this mod. Seems updates and recent popular mods break a lot of things. I am currently doing a Skyrim playthrough. I will look into troubleshooting some things and may even get around to releasing another major update on this playerhome. If there is too much work involved to do that, I may just start a new tree home over from scratch!

I'm using this mod in another playthrough and some reason parts of the walls and floors are missing in the kitchen area, in fact I can fall through them, if anyone could help I'd be grateful, thanks!

Hi! I'm using this wonderful mod with Skyrim Flora Overhaul
Is there any pine's meshes with standard dimension that i could use with SFO 2.5 textures? (an older version maybe)
The 2.5 version makes trees larger so i can't find the door of my house...
Or...simplier...could i know what meshes should i disable (and wich of them are assigned at "treepineforestbarkcomp.dds") so i could avoid this bug disabling only pines and not the whole mod?
    Thanks

This mod makes a certain type of wood glow bright purple, and judging by the last time you left a comment this mod will most likely never be updated. Bummer.

I'm sorry to complain, but a mounted head on a wall in a treehome is a deal breaker from my perspective, it seems immersion breaking. And i wish the rooms were more round... i hope that's constructive criticism. Good job btw i loved the Oblivion treehomes!
This is such a good idea, in Obliv, there were a grand total of 2 based on in-tree living. Two. Lame as! I like the Warcraft 3 reference, Tree of Life/Ages/Eternity; i wish i had the skill to make house mods, i'd love to make treehomeS based on Ancient of War, Ancient of Lore, Ancient of Wind, Ancient Protector and even that stupid Ancient of Wonders.

I feel as though there should be an associated quest or hidden key I should have to find in order to feel as though I earned living here, but otherwise, this is a great home and i'm quite impressed!
