Does this actually glow or did you just recolour the fins to light blue? I recoloured something light green and it looks like it glows but it doesn't really. If you did make it glow using Nifskope, how did you do it? Please PM me if you do know how.
It actually glows. I didn't take great screenshots of these arrows, but the principle is the same as my Glowing Daedric Arrows mod.

There are some screenshots there that clearly show the glow.
As for how to do it -- it's pretty easy, in a hard kind of way. I've got some time today (I shouldn't have said that out loud...), so I think I'll write up a little tutorial and post it somewhere. I'll post it here, too.
I actually only came back here to teach you, so don't worry about the tutorial, I found one a few hours ago, I was just missing something small that kept crashing my game until I removed it. Thanks though, good luck with your mod!
I just tried the arrows. They are great, even indoors with lighting. Thank you so much. They are more subtle than 'Glowing Arrows', which I have been using since it came out. I wonder if you would want to - or could do - a range of glowing colours for the fletching on different vanilla and modded arrows and bolts. The fletching glows.
If you're going to use this with AeonVita's Dragonbone Weapons, install his mod first. You can use the iron arrow replacer version alongside his if you want. If you don't want the iron arrow replacer, UNCHECK the ESP.
